Registration desk
The registration desk is located in the hall of the Aleksandar Palace Conference Centre. Upon arrival, delegates and accompanying persons will receive their  personal identification badge and information pack. Further assistance regarding  the meetings and accommodation will also be provided here.

The registration desk will be open

  • 6 June -16:00 until 19:00
  • 7 and 8 June - 08:00 until 19:00
Security
For security reasons all delegates and accompanying persons are requested to wear their  identification badge at all times during the meetings in order to get access to the conference halls and social events.
